Date 11 April, 09:00 start, one-day course.

Venue – Teams or Zoom.

Details – This one-day course equips delegates with a basic understanding of the house building process, from an empty field to a finished home. Ideal for non-technical employees in areas like administration, claims handling, graduates, marketing, or similar. Read more

Building to LABC Warranty standards - North

Date – 6 to 9 June, 09:00 start, three day course.

Venue – LABC Warranty head office, 2 Shore Lines Building Birkenhead, CH41 1AU.

Availability – Maximum 15 delegates.

Details – This three-day course offers intensive education on how your sites can satisfy the requirements laid out on the LABC Warranty Technical Manual. Ideal for site managers, contract managers, clerks of works and similar, delegates will explore the key areas most likely to generate claims, and how they can work to minimise defects on site. Building to LABC Warranty standards – South

Date – 16 to 18 May, 09:00 start, three day course.

Venue – Premier Inn South Mimms, Hertfordshire, EN6 3NH.

Availability – Maximum 16 delegates.

Details – This three-day course offers intensive education on how your sites can satisfy the requirements laid out on the LABC Warranty Technical Manual. Ideal for site manager, contract managers, clerks of works and similar, delegates will explore the key areas most likely to generate claims, and how they can work to minimise defects on site. Date – 23 May, 09:00 start, half-day course.
