A structural warranty is different to your standard building and contents insurance. It provides cover for a wide range of structural defects, if any should occur in the first 10 years of your home being completed. Your developer would have already arranged and paid for your warranty and should provide you with a Certificate of Insurance as proof of your warranty cover.
