Once we have been allocated a site you will receive an email introducing your LABC Warranty Risk Management Surveyor for the site.
Requesting a quotation is easy. Simply complete our online application form and let us do the rest of the work for you.
Our network of experienced, local Risk Management Surveyors work alongside your LABC Building Control Surveyor, and will review your development in accordance with our technical standards.
Once your build is complete and all conditions satisfied your Certificate of Insurance will be issued.
Once the Certificate of Insurance is issued you, your buyer or tenants are protected under the policy for 10 or 12 years.

Once your Risk Management Surveyor has identified potential high risk areas in your build, a bespoke inspection schedule is created, tailored to the needs of your site.
10 years’ cover on new homes for sale, with single unit limits up to £1m and continuous structures £25m, with higher limits on request.
10 or 12 years’ cover on new affordable housing or shared ownership homes, protecting you and your tenants.
