Vistry Group wins Overall Developer of the Year at 2025 Bricks event

Vistry Group crowned Overall Developer of the Year at The Bricks 2025

The Bricks is an annual award series hosted by LABC Warranty, recognising the best in site management across England and Wales.

Bricks winners are chosen from the monthly winners of an LABC Warranty Site Recognition Award. Winners of these awards are nominated during the warranty inspection process by LABC Warranty’s risk management surveyors.

Vistry was revealed as the overall winner at the 2025 Bricks celebration even in Tower Hill, London, on the 11^th of July 2025.

LABC Warranty Site Recognition Awards are scored by the risk management surveyors against a variety of areas. That includes the overall workmanship on display on a site, the level of health and safety adherence, the tidiness of a site, and the quality of the communication between the site manager and their warranty provider.

Winning a monthly Site Recognition Award shows quality on one site in a given month, and winning a Bricks Development of the Year Award shows dedication to upholding that quality. Winning an Overall Development of the Year Award shows the whole group is working to keep that quality high.
