Why the Site Quality Review matters to you

How do you know a site is performing as you'd expect if you can't see it? Who can you trust to give you a straight answer in black and white?

The helicopter view of building performance – the Site Quality Review

Take a bird's-eye view of quality across your sites

How do you know your builders are doing the job you expect? How do you make sure?

Most people would say they would go and look at the site.

But what if you couldn’t visit in person? Perhaps you just have too many sites to be able to visit at once. You might ask your builders to take pictures and send them over.

What if you still weren’t sure the pictures told the whole story? You’d ask someone you trust to take a look and give you a straight answer.

For LABC Warranty customers, that trusted person is our Site Quality Review (SQR) team.

Through an independent assessment of workmanship quality on a site, you can take a helicopter view of quality across your developments.

Compare quality across subcontractors, across regions, across your own leadership teams, and more.

An intro to the Site Quality Review

The Site Quality Review is an intensive, in-depth look at the performance of your sites. Conducted by LABC Warranty’s surveyors, it’s among the most comprehensive analysis of site performance available. And it’s exclusive to LABC Warranty customers.

The Review involves an LABC Warranty appointed surveyor performing hours of inspection and analysis of your site,

What we examine on your site during an SQR

The SQR takes in every observable key stage that LABC Warranty would normally inspect against on a site.

Whatever state of progress your site is in, our surveyors will asses the quality of the work going on.

As you’ll see in the example report below, the surveyor will examine everything from the foundations of a property through to the quality of finishes.

What you receive in return

Every site inspected by the SQR team receives a long-form PDF detailing the surveyor’s assessment of the quality of everything inspected.

This report includes photographs, a rating out of five, and a written testimonial for every area assessed.

You can download an example of that report here. The example report is based on a real site, but has been completely anonymised.
