If you have any questions about your site, or sites, ahead of the winter break, we recommend you contact your account manager as soon as possible.
Key dates for Risk Management Surveyors:
- 22 December 2023 - Risk management surveyors will work until midday.
- 4 Jan 2024 - Surveyors return to action full time.
Key dates for Customers Services:
- 22 December 2023 - Customer services will be available until midday.
- 27 December 2023 - Customer services will be available all day.
- 28 December 2023 - Customer services will be available all day.
- 29 December 2023 - Customer services will be available until midday.
- 2 January 2024 - Customer services return to action full time.
See you all in 2024!
The web and marketing teams will also be taking a break, leaving at midday on 22 December and returning on 2 January 2023.
This won’t affect key services like site inspections and certificates or customer services, but will affect enquires about marketing resources, awards, and the LABC Website.
