The Bricks winners at the 2022 awards

The Bricks is LABC Warranty’s annual awards, celebrating the on-site excellence of our customers. The 2022 edition looks back on the achievements from 2021.

LABC Warranty Site Recognition Awards are presented throughout the year to sites demonstrating this high quality and on-site excellence with overall winners in each category then being announced and presented with a prestigious Bricks trophy.

A Brick award embodies all the hard work that goes into a site over the course of a year. It’s your dedication to site tidiness, your great communication, your commitment to safety, and your ambition to deliver high-quality homes that your residents love.

LABC Warranty are proud to celebrate these values and achievements with our customers at an annual event that puts builders like you in the spotlight.

This year, in a break from tradition, we embraced a more intimate and regional experience for home builders. Rather than our usual big in-person event, we invited winners from each respective area to a luxurious mid-day meal.

Watch the video of our winners below, and keep scrolling for some more information on how we arrived at our winners for 2021 projects.
