Sean Sadler of Morris Homes scoops National Site Manager of the Year Award

National Site Manager of the Year Award goes to Morris

This year’s winner, recognising his work across 2025, is Sean Sadler of Morris Homes, Site Manager of the Hampton Water development.

“It’s a real honour to receive this recognition and to see the whole team’s hard work celebrated, said Sean. “At Morris Homes we take great pride in delivering homes of the highest quality and these awards reflect the commitment that goes into every stage of the build.

“We’re proud to develop Hampton Water into the fantastic community it has become.”

Hampton Water is a collection of 48 homes for open sale in the suburbs of Peterborough, Cambridgeshire.

The selection of two, three and four-bedroom homes is 15 minutes from the Peterborough city centre, boasting lakeside views and easy access to key motorways.

“Sean is an outstanding site manager who combines years of deep industry experience with a meticulous approach to project organisation,” said LABC Warranty Risk Management Surveyor Steve Pettigrew, who worked with Sean on the Hampton Water site.

“Sean has a great ability to keep trades on the Hampton Water site aligned and informed. The site’s build standards exceed expectations, and every stage of the build has been approached with precision and care.

“Sean really stands out as a Site Manager - he gets the job done properly and makes no excuses.”

LABC Warranty’s Site Manager of the Year Award is drawn from Site Managers working on developments covered by LABC Warranty’s latent defects insurance.
