About these changes

Over the coming months, LABC Warranty will undertake a review of the technical content made available through our website.

This will mean a reduction in the articles accessible on the website while we our technical specialists reassess the library and issue updated materials.

Changes to the LABC Warranty technical library

How this affects you

If you’re a regular reader of the LABC Warranty Technical Blog, you’ll find that the library of articles available is smaller than it was before.

Will the materials come back?

Over the coming weeks and months, the LABC Warranty Technical Team will review our back catalogue of technical articles and, where possible, update them to reflect our current position on these topics.

What to do if you need help

The first port of call for technical guidance on site is the LABC Warranty Technical Manual itself.

If you’re an LABC Warranty customer looking for technical guidance on interpreting the guidance in the Technical Manual for your site, we recommend you talk to your Risk Management Surveyor.

If you have further questions for the LABC Warranty Technical Team, we recommend you send an email to technicalreferrals@labcwarranty.co.uk outlining your query.

What to do if you have downloaded materials

If you have already downloaded PDF copies of articles that are currently not available on the LABC Warranty website, please consult with your Risk Management Surveyor before implementing the guidance in these articles.

These articles may have been updated since you originally saved them, and they contain guidance that may no longer be LABC Warranty’s stance on a topic.
