If your development contains a combination of homes for sale, private rental, social housing and/or commercial we can cover this as a mixed use scheme.
If your project contains a building of six storeys or more or has a reconstruction value of at least £22.5m you will also benefit from our Major Projects Service.

To complete the application we’ll need to know a few important things, such as – project location, number of units, the estimated sale value and your developments start and end dates. Our insurance boffins can then crunch all the numbers and give you a quote. Once you are happy and accepted the quote then your Risk Management Surveyor will be in touch…
We have a national network of experienced surveyors who work closely with you and your Local Authority Building Control team. Your Risk Management Surveyor will tailor the inspections to the needs of you site. You will also receive a detailed Technical Manual, accredited by RIBA and CIAT to provide you with guidance on each stage of the build.
