Company background

Owned and operated by Ron and Gary Reed, High Grange Developments was established in 1998. High Grange’s first development was the creation of 'The Grange' - a collection of 11 homes built on what was once the site of a derelict supermarket. After 'The Grange', High Grange went on to build further developments – Beck Rise, Howgill Close, Mariners Way, Woodstock Lane, Rowangate and Holly Mews. They are now in the midst of their largest development yet at Keekle Meadows.

High Grange Developments

What's the key to High Grange Developments' award success?

"If we work to a standard today that’s quite a high standard, well that becomes the norm. So tomorrow we need to get a better standard."

“At High Grange we limit the number of homes under construction at any one time. By concentrating our resources in this manner, we can ensure that quality is never compromised and that the highest standards of craftsmanship are used during every stage of construction – right through to the interior decorating. Our reputation really does precede us – many of our property sales result from personal recommendations from existing High Grange home owners.

It’s all about continuous improvement and that’s where The Bricks comes into its own because it recognises improvement and above all it recognises quality. Anything that rewards and recognises quality, stimulates quality and that can only be a good thing.

Winning The Bricks is important to us as a company because it instils confidence, it instils customer confidence, it adds to the pedigree of the product and it’s always nice to get a pat on the back for something you’ve done well.”
