Our social housing warranty is designed to protect social or affordable housing through a flexible 10 or 12 year cover period. Our policies also include a ‘Right to Buy’ facility, which provides tenants purchasing their property within the first 5 years after build completion with a new 10 year warranty. Effectively providing up to 15 years of cover for no extra charge.

You can get a quote by completing our online application form. To complete the application we’ll need to know a few important things, such as – project location, number of units, the estimated sale value and your development start and end date. Our insurance boffins can then crunch all the numbers and give you a quote. Once you are happy and accepted the quote then your Risk Management Surveyor will be in touch…

How we work with you on site

We have a national network of experienced surveyors who work closely with you and your Local Authority Building Control team. Your Risk Management Surveyor will tailor the inspections to the needs of you site. You will also receive a detailed Technical Manual, accredited by RIBA and CIAT to provide you with guidance on each stage of the build.
