Our Social Housing Warranty is designed to protect social or affordable housing through a flexible 10 or 12 year cover period. Like all of our policies you will benefit from the technical support of our experienced surveying network working in partnership with your Local Authority Building Control team.
Our policies also include a ‘Right to Buy’ facility, which provides tenants purchasing property within the first 5 years after build completion with a new 10 year warranty, effectively providing up to 15 years of cover for no extra charge.
Take a look below to learn more about what our Social Housing warranty includes and how we can help with your next project.
You can also view and download our social housing brochure.
Insurance Product Information Documents (IPIDs) summarise what is covered by our policies, making it easier for housing providers, homebuyers and tenants to compare providers and quickly understand the cover available. Download the Social Housing IPIDs here.
