Designed for build-to-rent schemes, Private Rental Select gives investors, owners and developers all the features of our Private Rental cover but with greater control. Sell all or any part of your development – right down to individual units – and easily transfer cover to new owners*. Reduce initial premiums by varying excesses and with full risk transfer at the time of completion, there’s no requirement for complex contractor indemnity agreements.

How to apply for a LABC Warranty

You can get a quote by completing our online application form. To complete the application we’ll need to know a few important things, such as – project location, number of units, the estimated sale value and your developments start and end dates. Our insurance boffins can then crunch all the numbers and give you a quote. Once you are happy and accepted the quote then your Risk Management Surveyor will be in touch…


How we work with you on site

We have a national network of experienced surveyors who work closely with you and your Local Authority Building Control team. Your Risk Management Surveyor will tailor the inspections to the needs of you site. You will also receive a detailed Technical Manual, accredited by RIBA and CIAT to provide you with guidance on each stage of the build.
