Self Build Rates based on Reconstruction Cost (£s) bandings

Please note:

The above rates are for indication purposes only and do not constitute a valid quotation. The rates include all premium and admin fees, technical audit fees and are inclusive of IPT (Insurance Premium Tax). If you wish to proceed to quotation, please ensure you complete our application form and send to us for review.

The above rates are based on a standard structure without any additional features and without any works having started. Supplementary premiums may be applied for:

• Additional features such as balconies, flat roofs and basements
• If the property is a conversion
• If works have already commenced on the site
• Any other specific risk factors

For properties where the build Reconstruction Cost exceeds £800,000 or is below £200,000, or if you would like an indication for your specific project please contact us for an indication of costs here.
