Before you start we have listed below the information you will need to hand:

• Site address including postcode
• Proposed and existing conversion plans (if applicable)
• Approximate start and end dates
• Has the site ever been in administration?
• Any modern construction methods used
• Reconstruction cost
• Internal floor area in square metres
• How many stage payments for mortgage (if required)?
• Architect details and their role in the project (if applicable)

Note: If your project is due to commence within six weeks we strongly recommend you apply for a full quote instead.
