On Monday 23rd March 2020 the Government announced the need for social distancing and further restrictions on the movement of people and travel for all but essential purposes (key workers).
As a result, we have taken the decision to restrict all physical site attendance and will only conduct final warranty inspections remotely. This takes effect immediately and will remain in place until further notice.
If your project remains active we will require progress photos per plot, from yourself or your contractor, that are representative of the works undertaken, identifying key stages of works that have been completed. If your project progresses significantly without providing these updates, we may ask for works to be opened up in the future or even escalate for cancellation.
Should you require a final warranty inspection during this time, please email the following information to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will then complete a file review, highlighting to you anything that may block a Cover Note or Certificate of Insurance and reply with checklists to be completed and a clear directive in evidencing your plots at completion, within 24 hours.
Once we receive the completed checklists, documents and evidence we will assess and respond within 48 hours.
Please also continue to upload any outstanding documents or evidence previously requested, highlighted on your inspection reports, through our Extranet.
We trust you will understand why we have taken these measures and we will of course keep you up-to-date with any further developments.
We wish you well and stay safe in the difficult times.
