Our network of experienced, local Risk Management Surveyors work alongside your Local Authority Building Control Surveyor, and will review your development in accordance with our technical standards.
Once your build is complete and all conditions satisfied your Certificate of Insurance will be issued
Once the Certificate of Insurance is issued you, your buyer or tenants are protected under the policy for 10 or 12 years
