So, who became the LABC Warranty Site Manager of the Year 2018?

Kevin Tovey Bellway Homes LABC Warranty National Site Manager of the Year

We are delighted to announce that Kevin Tovey, from Bellway Homes, was crowned our winner for his outstanding work on the Frobisher Grange development in Finningley.

Here’s what Kevin had to say about winning the award;

“I can honestly say that winning the award for the LABC Site Manager of the year 2018, is without doubt the greatest moment of my career!

I am incredibly fortunate to work with an exceptional team at Bellway Yorkshire who not only support their staff, but actively promote best practices! To have the ability to pick up the phone and discuss issues with any member of the team all the way up to John Carter our MD is really rather special. This attitude gives me the confidence to be the best that I can, and the award is testament to the dynamic that we enjoy at Bellway.

My relationship with Nigel Reed my warranty surveyor has also been very supportive and pivotal in producing an excellent product that we are all very proud of!

The awards night in London was just the icing on the cake! We were made to feel incredibly special and the whole day was befitting the importance of these awards and the work that the LABC do for the industry.

The memories of this year will live with me for a very long time!

Thank you all.”
