Berkeley's Westmark Tower, West End Gate - Major Project

Described by developer Berkeley as "a collection of Manhattan one, two, three and four bedroom apartments", this new Marylebone residence comes with 24-hour concierge, private cinema room, gym, spa and swimming pool. LABC Warranty was involved in two major phases, including the development's 30-storey, 315-unit Westmark tower under our Major Projects Service.

Morris Homes conversion of a former printing machine factory
Morris Homes bought a former printing machine factory site in Altrincham, Cheshire, converted the main Grade II listed building into 11 one and two-bed apartments, and built a further 121 new two, three and four-bedroom homes on site. LABC Warranty provided structural warranty cover for the new homes.
Heritage Development's modern design new home at The Green development
On the outskirts of Exeter, LABC Warranty worked with Heritage Developments on its 71 new homes at The Green. All the homes boast a high specification, with A-rated energy efficiency. The site was one of the winners of our Site Recognition Awards, part of our annual Bricks Awards, thanks to the high standards of construction and site management.
